Role - Customer Service Representative
Location - Newcastle upon Tyne (Lemington)
Salary: GBP22,672 per annum with an excellent bonus (OTE GBP26,000pa)
Hybrid Working - 2 days from home one week, and 3 days in the office, and the next week 3 days from home, and 2 days in office
Netwirking Recruitment are working together with an award winning Financial Technology firm, based in Newcastle upon Tyne who are looking for a motivated, keen and driven individuals to join them.
Key to your success in this role is to deliver efficient customer service and administration support and excellent to internal colleagues and their clients. This a permanent opportunity to join an organisation that offers real career progression and ongoing training and development in finance.
This role would suit someone currently working in a Customer Service Role / Client Focused, Administration role or someone who has an interest in finance looking to get their foot in the door.
Key Responsibilities Include:
Ensuring engagement and support with existing clients is maintainedWelcoming new clientsAccount management for existing clientsRegular re-engagement calls with clientsInbound support via phone, video chat and emailProviding ongoing training on companies bespoke technologyCo-ordinating appointments for clients who require financial adviceWorking closely with in-house financial advisersSupporting the wider team, including the management team Required skills and experience;
