Our client is seeking a friendly and dedicated Customer Service Administrator to join their team, located in the beautiful rural location of Chilmark, Wiltshire (Just off the A303, near Shaftesbury and Salisbury).
They sell a wide range of genealogical goods and in this role, you will be responsible for assisting their clients with orders and providing exceptional customer service.
Preferably candidates will have previous customer service experience, but will also be ideal for school/college and university leavers as full training will be provided.
Key Responsibilities:
Responding to customer inquiries via phone and emailProviding excellent customer service and supportPicking, Packing and Despatching OrdersAssisting with office administration duties as required
Requirements:
Strong communication skills, both written and verbalAbility to work independently and as part of a teamAttention to detail and strong organisational skillsProficient computer skills
