Customer Service Administrator - afternoon shift.
Salary: GBP22,213 per annum
Monday - Friday, 2pm - 10pm. No weekends.
Office based in one of the villages in the Kettering area.
Holidays are 25 flexible days plus statutory Bank Holidays.
Match Recruitment are recruiting on behalf of their client based in one of the surrounding villages to Kettering. Our client is looking for a customer service professional to join their established team. You'll be joining a global brand with products in many of the well-known outlets we know.
Purpose of role:
Working within our client's USA Customer Service team, working with commercial customers and managing individual accounts. You will be responsible for answering all enquiries, processing orders and updating their CRM with relevant notes in relation to your allocated key account(s). Roughly 80% administration and 20% telephone based.
Summary of role:
Data entry - accurate and timely input of customers' ordersAnswering emailed and phoned queries regarding progress of orders, stock availability, and outstanding backordersQuery resolution and ad-hoc reportingInvoicing orders ready for shipment, and creating associated paperwork In our client's own words they're looking for a \"self-motivated candidate who is comfortable working within a small team with an aptitude for learning. The role will require knowledge of MS Office and good written and verbal English skills.\"
