Customer Experience Manager Perm role - 35 hours per week London Euston & Wolverhampton Stations Adecco UK are recruiting for a Customer Experience Manager for one of our well known Rail Transport clients on one of their routes between Euston and Wolverhampton station. Key accountabilities Through Leadership and direction of the On-Board Managers and their teams you will drive people performance and pride ensuring engagement of our people is high on the agenda. Develop, deliver, and lead strategies which create an end-to-end journey experience to increase customer advocacy, consistency and lead the way in rail in accordance with the Customer Experience strategy, Rule book and Safety Standards.
