Location: Southport/ Manchester/ Leeds/Hybrid

The ideal candidate would have:
Proven experience in dealing with high value Litigation and Negotiation casesExperience of ProclaimExperience of Cost MasterOrganisational, planning and communication skillsExcellent customer service skillsGood general IT skillsTime managementAbility to use initiativeWorking effectively within a team.Attention to detail and the ability to meet tight deadlines ?In the role you will be working within a busy team and must have the ability to manage your own case load and adhere to SLA's. This is a great opportunity to join a market–leading and expanding firm, at the forefront of clinical negligence litigation. Predominantly dealing with medical negligence and Serious Injury cost cases with experience handling all types of bills of cost.

?Main Responsibilities:
Managing own caseload using case management softwareInstruct Counsel to attend Detailed Assessment/Oral review or alternatively conduct own hearingsHit agreed recovery targetsUndertaking accurate valuationConstant communication with fee earnersProviding head of team updates on forecasts, recoveries, issue filesHit agreed daily chargeable hours targetKeep MI fully up to date and accurateDeal with aged debt where applicableReviewpoints of disputeAssist in bundle preparationEnsure SLA/Pipeline metrics adhered toFollow agreed processesProviding legal teams with costs adviceAttending team meetingsProviding feedback on recoveries/files/fee earning practices ?The above list is not exhaustive of any other tasks, which may be required
