We have a great opportunity to join Sovereign as a Coordinator in Property Services – Gas Team on a permanent basis working from our Blandford Office with flexibility to work from home a few days a week, you'll work as part of our Property Team responsible for scheduling repairs and maintenance gas works to fit with the diaries of our trade staff and contractors.

To be successful you will need:
Solid experience in administration within a busy customer focused roleSome understanding of building maintenance terminologyExperience of using a number of different computer systemsAbility to manage your own work loadStrong customer service focusConfident telephone manner Job Purpose:
Working in a fast paced busy environment, you will have responsibility for all activity necessary to achieve the successful completion of customer appointments within your area of responsibility, planned, compliance and repair, ensuring all regulatory obligations are met and customer experience is optimal.You will be responsible for providing an efficient and effective service whilst following processes and proceduresBuild a partnering relationship based on trust with field stakeholdersIdentify near term/real time resourcing requirements for Property Services field based operations to enable proactive intervention and avoid riskProvide a first point of contact within your area for business partnersHigh level understanding of safety compliance processes and procedures, and ensuring these are followed at all times to manage risk to customers and Sovereign.Ability to impact assess and to understand the difference between 'major' and 'minor' data issues Rewards package:
