Eventus Legal are seeking a Commercial Litigation Fee Earner to join a successful law firm based in Lincolnshire. This is a permanent, full-time role. Role Responsibilities The incoming Commercial Litigation Fee Earner will be responsible candidate will be expected to deal with the full remit of commercial and civil litigation matters, including shareholder and partnership disputes, property disputes, cohabitation and neighbour disputes, contract disputes, professional negligence, IP disputes, Contentious probate, and debt recovery. Person Specification The incoming Commercial Litigation fee earner will have experience in dealing with all commercial and civil litigation matters. Importantly, the candidate will also be able to display: Taking on existing matters and managing and progressing own caseload Dealing with enquiries from potential clients, colleagues, and existing clients promptly Have good management and supervisory skills. Be self-motivated and able to organise their own workload. Have a strong work ethic, good time management skills and a flexible approach to work.
