Claims Settlement Advisor

In your role as Claims Settlement Advisor at Copart, you will be managing total loss motor claims and providing a best-in-class customer service experience. The Claims Settlement Team assist with negotiating and settling total loss motor vehicle claims directly with policy holders, on behalf of our insurance partners.
Main duties & responsibilities
Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound calls, providing telephone support and advice to policy holders.Administer claims-related documentation.Take ownership of your workload.Manage and settle total loss claims.Strive to give the best customer service possible.Promote teamwork and be a team player.Essential attributes
Customer service skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Computer and data entry skills.Good numeracy and literacy skills.Excellent attention to detail.Ability to problem solve.Articulate, considered and empathetic.Desirable attributes
