Our client is seeking a Customer Service Advisor to join their team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for handling inquiries, resolving customer complaints, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Answering and handling customer inquiries
Resolving customer complaints and concerns in a timely and effective manner.
Collaborating with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
Identifying and escalating issues and concerns to appropriate departments.
Staying up-to-date with customer service best practices.
Requirements:
Experience as a customer service advisor
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Strong customer service orientation and the ability to adapt to different customer personalities and situations
The ability to work well in a team environment and with cross-functional teams
Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
Where required, knowledge of customer service software, databases, and tools
A high level of empathy and emotional intelligence.
