Here at Brook Street Social care, we have had the pleasure to team up with a respectable client here in Liverpool, so here's your chance!We are seeking an experienced Children's Registered Manager to join the team and manage a residential childcare setting. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high–quality care and support for children and young people with emotional and behavioural difficulties.Job Title: Children's Registered ManagerLocation: LiverpoolSalary: GBP40,000 to GBP50,000 (dependent on experience)Job Requirements:o A minimum of 1 years' experience as a Registered Manager in a Children's Residential Care settingo Significant experience of working in a residential childcare setting, management experience is essentialo Evidence of Good Outcomes with Ofstedo Demonstrable Managerial Skillso NVQ 5 in Leadership and Management or be willing to work towardso A commitment to delivering high–quality careo In–depth knowledge of EBD, SEMH, and other complex/challenging behavioursRewards & Benefits:o 28 Days Annual Leave Entitlement plus Bank Holidayso NEST Pensiono AXA Health Care PackageDuties and Responsibilities:o Manage and lead a team of staff to provide high–quality care and support for children and young people with emotional and behavioural difficulties.o Ensure that the home complies with all relevant legislation and regulations, including those set by Ofsted.o Develop and implement care plans that meet the individual needs of each child and young person in the home.o Oversee the recruitment and training of staff, ensuring that they have the necessary skills and knowledge to provide high–quality care.o Develop positive relationships with external agencies, including local authorities and health services, to ensure that the needs of children and young people are met.o Ensure that the home is a safe and nurturing environment for children and young people.If you are an experienced Registered Manager with a passion for delivering high–quality care and support for children and young people, we would love to hear from you.
