We currently have a great opportunity for an experienced Chef de Rang to be part of a passionate and friendly team in a beautiful 5 Star hotel near Newbury. The Chef de Rang will support the Restaurant Manager to ensure high standards of service in this award-winning property.

Our client is a luxury 5-star hotel on the outskirts of Newbury which has a rich heritage of culinary excellence and classical cookery, delivering high standards of world-class cuisine. The hotel has a 3 AA Rosette restaurant for breakfast, lunch and dinner service, along with casual dining in the lounge bar and afternoon tea offering.

The ideal Chef de Rang will have the following:
Experience as a Chef de Rang, ideally in a Michelin star or multi rosette environmentBe a great communicator with a dynamic and charismatic approachImpeccable standards of service with a passion for exceptional food and quality wines and cocktailsA warm and friendly personality, with a flair for recognising and exceeding guest expectations.Dedication, motivation and positivityFlexibility to cover shifts as requiredImpeccable standards of personal presentationPassion to deliver outstanding food whilst demonstrating good food knowledgeThe ability to establish rapport and deliver high standards of service with a genuine and approachable mannerAs the hotel is located on the outskirts of Newbury, having your own reliable means of transport to this area will be essentialA fantastic opportunity for an experienced Chef de Rang to join an amazing team!
