Our client is an established and successful company based in Longbenton. They are currently looking for a Case Administrator to join their team on a permanent basis. If you are interested and meet the person specification of the job role, please apply below.
The Role you will be doing;
Liaising with third parties.Data–entry of new cases.Ensuring that all service levels are achieved.Liaising with insurers, solicitors and clients.Escalating any issues to Team Leader/Manager.Processing of Forms.Processing records as required.Receiving and making telephone calls.Ensuring that each call is dealt with professionally.Correspondence to include appointment letters, requests for further particulars/ amendments, reminder letters and processing records etc To participate in team meetings as appropriate and take instruction and guidance from Senior Case Administrators, those responsible for training and Managers. About you;
Previous administration experienceStrong administrative skillsOrganised and able to work on own initiativesFriendly and able to work well within a teamGood Communication skillsPositive, 'Can do' attitude at all timesFlexible approach to work and workloadOpen and honest approach at all times
