A gorgeous large Casa Pupo double sided virgin wool rug late 1960s -70i in unusual & rare neutral colours with very long tassels at 17cm. It’s a rug, heavy throw or bed cover. It was used for sofa & winter bed cover as thought it’s to beautiful for the floor.
Casa Pupo was a successful business in the UK, originally set up in 1960, going out of business in the 1980s. They sold homewares, including rugs, imported from Spain and Portugal, this one is Portuguese.
In fantastic condition, no rips or stains but will need dry cleaned as been in storage.
