Carpenter Joiner / Multitrader and Handyman

Our client is currently seeking a skilled carpenter / multi-trader to join their team.
The ideal candidate will have experience in all aspects of carpentry, including but not limited to framing, roofing, finish work, joinery and cabinetry.
Responsibilities may include:
Read and interpret blueprints and diagrams.
Measure and mark cutting lines on materials.
Install structures and fixtures, such as windows, frames, floorings, and trim.
Construct building frameworks, including walls, floors, and door frames.
Install partitions, doors, and windows.
Construct custom cabinetry, shelving, and other built-in features.
Use hand and power tools to shape and smooth surfaces.
Follow established safety rules and regulations.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Other ad-hoc duties.
Requirements:
Relevant experience and/or training.
Proficient in using hand and power tools.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent problem-solving skills.
Strong attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
