Main responsibilities
· Answering calls from customers and dealing with bookings
· Switchboard duties
· General adhoc admin tasks
What we are looking for:
· Good spoken and written English
· Excellent telephone manner
· Accurate, with strong attention to detail
· Computer literate
· Punctual and reliable
· Prioritisation and organisational skills and ability to work to deadlines in a dynamic environment
· Full training will be given
