Role Introduction We are looking for an Enterprise Architect to join our Business Technology team to improve our current IT infrastructure and set the direction for integrating information technology and programs across our organization. Our Business Technology team is responsible for operating the enterprise applications that underpins our business and Group IT services that support all our teams across the world.
Advanced as a business has grown through acquisition and sustained growth, leading to a complex and diverse technology landscape. The Business Technology Enterprise Architect role will be pivotal in designing and directing a simplified Business Technology landscape, removing duplicate technologies and instrumental in creating the future state architecture vision and transformation plan.The Business Technology Enterprise Architect responsibilities include improving current IT infrastructure, optimizing business operations for efficiency with an emphasis on knowledge sharing and enabling Business Technology to maximise the value realised from our investment in technology.
What You Will Do Creating application and infrastructure architecture views to understand the end to end current landscape and building the to-be architecture aligned to the organization's strategies and business goals.Developing a transformation plan to pragmatically move from the current state to the future state and operating technology governance forums to drive change.Engaging with functional and business owners to champion the to-be architecture and steer the move to the refined product set. Evaluating internal functions and IT processes and suggesting improvementsDeveloping business cases and proposals for technology consolidation and retirementSuggesting ideas to reduce costs in technology and IT products and services What You Will Have Proven work experience as an Enterprise Architect or similar role with complex IT landscapeExcellent technical, analytical and project management skillsPersuasive communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skillsExperience in architecture modelling and graphical representations; specific architecture frameworks not essential but sound and structured approaches to represent architectures views expected.Strong understanding of core Modern Workplace products and services, including Microsoft 365 What We Do For You Wellbeing focussed - Our people are our greatest assets, and ensuring everyone feels their best self to come to work is integral
