Job Title: Breakfast Prep Chef

Job Summary:
Break the Fast London is a busy breakfast cafe looking for a Breakfast Prep Chef to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting the Head Chef and Sous Chef in the preparation of breakfast dishes, ensuring that food is prepared to a high standard and that the kitchen is kept clean and organized.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare ingredients for breakfast dishes according to recipe and menu specifications.
Cook breakfast dishes to a high standard, including eggs, pancakes, waffles, and breakfast meats.
Assist in the preparation of lunch and dinner items, as required.
Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, ensuring that all equipment is properly cleaned and sanitized.
Follow established procedures and health codes.
Receive and store food supplies and ingredients.
Assist in maintaining inventory of food and supplies.
Perform other duties as assigned by the Head Chef or Sous Chef.
