*What is the role?*
Back of House Team Member, Kitchen Team, Prep Chef. LEON Restaurant is naturally fast food. Food that tastes great and does you good. You will work with a team of likeminded people to deliver great food. Ensuring each dish is served to the best standard, you will leave & breathe LEON & HMSHost core values and reflect this in the dishes you prepare. Following brand guidelines is essential in this position, and training will be provided. LEON serves a variety of dishes inspired from the Mediterranean and offers vegan and a varied offering of dietary specific options. Salads, burgers, wraps and tagines are just a few of the offerings available from LEON.

Due to airport flight schedules, our shift times vary. Our *morning shifts can start as early as 3am and our late shifts can finish up to 11pm* so you must ensure you are flexible to work one of these shift patterns. You will also be required to obtain a security pass to gain access airside at the restaurant, for this you will need to provide 5 year’s checkable referencing.
