Branch Sales Manager
£91k OTE

We are pleased to represent a small well pany with an immediate vacancy for an experienced Branch Sales Manager to drive forward a Glasgow based branch, specialising in Premium Bathrooms.
Day to day key functions of the role include:
* Visiting customers properties, establishing needs and providing a suitable solution. This includes with support the surveying of the customer property.
* Upselling of products to meet AOV targets.
* Project managing customer installations through pletion.
* Working alongside the Marketing Manager to ensure the Branch has a strong local presence.
* Ensuring all data is recorded accurately on database.
* Managing an Office Administrator and Sales Manager
Wider role functions include:
* Working with the Operations Manager to ensure the Branch is set up for long term success, this includes planning sales strategy, ensuring fitting teams are in place to ensure no bottle necks in fitting bathrooms.
* Being accountable for the Branch P&L, ensuring the Branch is run profitably and in line with budgets.
The successful candidate will be an extremely driven individual who has demonstrated previously the ability to deliver against targets. Bathroom experience is desired but not essential as training will be provided. My client is very proud of their heritage, reputation and trust pilot score, the right candidate must be customer centric and put the customer at the heart of everything they do. The role will suit a candidate who enjoys autonomy and is capable of managing their own time effectively.
Core working hours are Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm but you must be flexible plete surveys and meet potential customers by appointment outside of these hours.
My client is offering an achievable OTE of £91k with uncapped earnings and they happy to talk through the data and demonstrate the OTE at second stage interview.
