Estate Agent Sales Manager / Lister You will manage the day to day Estate Agency business working closely with staff to maximise income and profit from a range of products and services. You should have a successful track record in Estate Agency and must genuinely like people and enjoy dealing with them in a business context and believe passionately in delivering a superior customer service. You will need drive and determination to succeed in winning business and creating opportunity. Estate Agent Sales Manager / Lister Key objectives: Responsibility to increase revenue and profitability through the achievement of agreed business targets Setting and reviewing performance standards Development of team members Implementing agreed business plans Listing and selling properties Maintain a compliant business Estate Agent Sales Manager / Lister Basic salary GBP35,000 and GBP40,000 plus discretionary quarterly bonuses taking the overall salary to between GBP50,000 and GBP55,000.
