Associate Director - Medicinal Chemistry - Discovery to FIH

We have an exciting opportunity available as an Associate Director of Medicinal Chemistry within a highly experienced team focussing on drug design and development from target identification to first in human studies. The position will be a combination of science and internal and external communication with varied parties involved in the drug development process. This is a fantastic opportunity for a Medicinal Chemist to step into a senior strategic role covering a broad range of therapeutic areas and drug types (small molecules). Responsibilities Responsible for drug design from target identification to first in human studies. Starting from the ground up working with the molecule, designing the drug, looking into combinations etc. Join a highly experienced team all of which have 11 years industry experience in their field Strong focus on internal and external communication with people from varied backgrounds. Highly scientific conversations as well as ones necessitating a very basic introduction to the science involved.
