Are you looking for a hybrid Assistant Accountant position based in Oxfordshire with 2 days in the office?
Atlas Employment has a great opportunity for an Assistant Accountant to join this fantastic business working with a team of professionals under the guidance of the Chief Accountant. The role requires you to have a minimum education level of AAT Level 4 or be part qualified, with Sage experience.
What will you be doing as an Assistant Accountant?
Post invoices and credit notes as requiredPrepare and process supplier paymentsAnalyse staff expensesAnalyse corporate card expensesPerform bank, and VAT reconciliationsProcess monthly accruals, prepayments and journalsProduce monthly stock valuationsCarry out month-end, year-endAssist with auditsPrepare accounts to trial balanceMaintain fixed assets registerMaintain nominal ledgerEnsure all financial records are complete and compliant with current legislationPrepare monthly reports for the management teamWork with the accountant and chief accountant to prepare budgets You should apply for the role of Assistant Accountant if you have
