Architectural Technician

Working for a small but dynamic Design Practice in the Rayleigh area the Architect / Architectural Technician will work on a diverse range of residential, hospitality and industrial projects. If you are an Architect / Architectural Technician with current Building Regulations knowledge then this company can give you the opportunity to work on varied and bespoke high profile projects. Duties: Carry out measured surveys Produce feasibility, planning and construction drawings Prepare tender packages Produce site plans, street scenes, and 3D CGI's Attend site visits Liaise between client, contractor and specialist consultants Candidate requirements: A HNC / Level 4 or higher in Architecture or Construction Studies is required Experience gained in an architectural or design company Must have a good technical knowledge and understanding of building regulations Must be proficient on AutoCAD Experience with Sketch-Up and/or Photoshop is advantageous. Interior design knowledge would also be beneficial.
