Agile Coach - Project Management - Government - SC Clearance Hybrid/South West - GBP600 - GBP650 a day South West/Hybrid Remote - Up to GBP650 a day - 6+ months My government client is looking for an experienced Agile Coach to work on a high profile project. The successful candidate will act as the point of expertise to improve delivery teams and overall delivery by increasing collaboration, innovation, and introducing techniques that promote adaptability and flexibility in the face of unpredictable circumstances. Key responsibilities: Identify, develop and coach Agile principles and practices to delivery team Lead the increasing maturity of Agile capability across all delivery teams Engage with the wider organisation to increase use of agile working practices Essential skills: Familiarity with common Agile practices and service-oriented environments Proven experience using Agile project management methods Understanding of Software Engineering Practices Ability to learn other processes and methodologies Sound understanding of the digital landscape, open source technologies and modern practices around continuous deployment. Excellent leadership and management skills Experience in leading multi-disciplinary teams Experience of Software Development processes and procedures Experience of matrix management This requires SC Clearance so please familiarise yourself with the process and eligibility before applying.
