Elite level 121 football coaching is the freshest provider of daily/weekly private football training sessions in the West of Scotland.
We currently work with both male and females and from youth level to pro each session adapted to the player and the level. From local grass roots teams to spfl and swfl, players in the elite camps just now from all over, drumchapel united, houston united, johnstone burgh, glasgow girls, celtic, rangers, partick thistle, glennifer, parkmoor, erskine boys club, st mirren and many many more
All of our coaches are current or former professional or high level amateur footballers now all fully qualified spa coaches all on Uefa badges at varied levels. We deliver high quality and fast paced training sessions trying to create match like tempos that are unique and challenge to each individual that trains with us. Our individual 121s are personalised and targeted towards improving all aspects of a player’s skills and techniques and mental strength .
Confidence – connecting with every one as an individual and letting them know how important it is to be a individual and how to express them selfs in the right manner in the game and when of the pitch.
Intensity – training can be intense on 121 using timings and levels to beat, set by the individual then increasing to a higher level than what is possible within group environments due to varied levels of the group.
Control – protecting the ball first touch and ball control with every limb possible.
Shooting – multiple techniques and the power behind a shot areas of the foot to use on each shot where and when and why to use these techniques.
Dribbling – skill and speed varied ways all in a game related way
Passing – range of passing body shape power of pass and then follow up the pass with either movement or into a position
Life skills – time keeping, team work, time management, how to use social media as a tool and not a toy.
Fitness – stamina, strength, speed and agility movement even mental thinking.

SMALL GROUP TRAINING
TRAIN WITH A SMALL GROUP TRAINING ALLOWS PLAYERS TO TRAIN WITH FRIENDS FOR SOME REALISTIC COMPETITION THROUGHOUT THE PRACTICE. OUR SMALL GROUP TRAINING DOES NOT LOSE SIGHT OF THE IMPORTANCE OF ONE-ON-ONE COACHING WHILE MAINTAINING GAME RELATED PLAYS AND PRACTICES AND DOING IT ALL AT GAME PACE.
