Pure Football Academy: Football Coach

Pure Football Academy was established in 2009 with the objective of nurturing and inspiring young players to reach their full potential. Our club caters to individuals of all abilities and operates within the community.
Since our inception, we have been able to guide players through our development pathways and facilitate their progression to semi-professional and professional clubs. As we move forward, we intend to broaden the age range of the children we coach. We seek experienced football coaches to lead our age groups to achieve this.
The coaches will be responsible for managing our open football sessions on Saturday mornings, which will be available for children aged between 3 to 18 years old. Additionally, we are seeking enthusiastic coaches to assist with training our existing youth squads - Under 8’s, Under 10’s, Under 11’s, Under 13's, Under 15's, and Under 18's - who participate in the Saturday Youth League. This will involve training on Wednesdays and matches on Saturdays.

Experience:
- FA Level 1: 1 year (preferred)
- Coaching young kids: 2 years (preferred)
- Licence/Certification: Level 1 FA Coach (minimum required)
Key responsibilities include:
- Bringing excitement and energy to every session
- Maintaining a professional demeanour in encounters with children, parents, other coaches, and schools
- Attending all sessions on time
- Children's safety is a priority.
- Assisting with the proper setup and packaging of equipment, as well as ensuring that all equipment is safely stored
- Educating children on applicable skills, progressions, and methodologies
- When required, communicate with parents about their children's growth.
- Make sure that all health and safety regulations are followed. Being aware of and adhering to all school policies and procedures.
- Understand and follow policies and procedures for child protection, health, safety, security, confidentiality, and data protection.
- Recognise and support diversity, and guarantee that all children have equal access to chances to learn and grow.
