Adults Social Worker Community Team - Lancashire

Location: Greater Manchester
Pay rate will be GBP30/Hr.
Your key responsibilities will include:
You will be a skilled, effective practitioner acting with considerable autonomy. You should have in depth knowledge and skill in one or more fields of practice .You will need to have capability to integrate professional knowledge, the views of people using services and research/evaluation evidence routinely in their practice.You will need to demonstrate expert and effective practice in complex situations, assessing and managing higher levels of risk while promoting enablement and self-determination.You will need to network and liaise with a wider range of professionals and other colleagues, including at more senior or strategic levels.You will need to manage complex caseloads and offer expert opinion within the organisation and to others. Essential Requirements:
