Admin Assistant Business Travel - London

Are you an experienced Business Travel Consultant that would like to move away from reservations?
Do you prefer dealing with back-office amendments over front line?
I am currently seeking an Admin Assistant to provides day to day support to the reservations teams. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking for a new challenge and to further their operational experience within Business Travel.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Monitoring and managing the clients reporting mailboxUpdating client profilesEnsuring all scheduled flights & Eurostar bookings have been charged correctlyUpdating templates and documents on the clients International DriveChecking Visa reports to ensure all low-cost carrier flight have been charged correctlyIdentify errors on Pre trip reporting and update PNRManaging passport expiry date notification emails to UK & EMEA travellersProviding general support to the clients reconciliation requirementsArranging online check ins and emailing boarding pass to traveller/bookerLogging supplier complaints and compensation requests directly with the clients preferred suppliers EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
Previous GDS experience Excellent verbal and written communication skillsComputer literate in all Microsoft Packages (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc)A positive 'can-do' attitude and approach at all timesThe ability to remain calm under pressure whilst working to and meeting required deadlines.Ability to remain calm in fast-paced situationsAbility to work as a team player and be self-motivatedEnsure all KPIs and SLAs are consistently met THE PACKAGE & HOURS:
A competitive starting salary of GBP29,000 Monday - Friday: 9.00am - 5:30pmHybrid working Interested?
