Duties:
Support the daily processing, fulfilment and dispatch of customer ordersPrinting order forms, message cards, barcodes and postage labelsPicking and packing ordersDispatching orders using online 3rd party dispatch systemsSupport the customer service and digital marketing teams by learning to manage enquiries and requests from customer and press/influencersProcessing returns, samples and gifting stockSupporting the marketing team digital campaigns
