of desktop PC’s and Apple products, and MUST have a drive and passion to learn all things
Tech.
The successful candidate will join our team of friendly Technology Experts, providing on-site and
remote support to clients London and Sussex clients.
Responsibilities / requirements
Knowledge and understanding of IT infrastructure solutions Organisation and problem-solving skills Exposure to multiple clients and technology Solid technical background with an ability to give instructions to a non-technical audience
Proactively supporting and maintaining client servers and desktop infrastructure.
Resolving network problems, setting up new equipment.
Comfortable supporting a wide variety of technology, Windows Servers, ideas about backups, MS Exchange, Active Directory and Office 365, to virtual environments (VMware / Hyper-V), networks and storage Always provide excellent customer experience Respond efficiently to support requests coming from all channels Provide a proactive escalation point for 1st Line Support team as and when required Liaise with partners and third-party companies to resolve issues Strong written and verbal/telephone communication skills Ability to remain calm under pressure
Key Responsibilities:
Support via phone, eMail and remote access.
Mobile IT Support to contracted and non-contracted clients
Proactively supporting and maintaining client servers and desktop infrastructure.
Assist with hardware and software problems
Serving clients, performing computer & laptop repairs at workshop, resolving computer & network problems, setting up new equipment.
Essentials:
Candidates must have working I.T. experience and be a 'Geek' with a love of all things tech. Confident and clear telephone and client facing communication. To apply for this position, candidates must be eligible to live and work in the UK and have a full clean UK driving licence.
