Due to an internal promotion, Residential Management Group has a career opportunity for an Assistant Property Manager to support the Regional Manager.

The Property Manager will be there every day, so there'll always be someone there to support you.
To be a successful Property Manager, you will
have a genuine interest in Property Management, ideally with some previous relevant experience excel at giving an excellent customer service, where going the extra mile just comes naturally to you be super organised, as you'll be dealing with queries from various sources, eg our Customer Service Team, managing emails, taking phone calls be able to use Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook etc to an intermediate level have excellent attention to detail, ensuring accuracy when maintaining company/customer records have strong communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain great working relationships have a full UK driving licence and access to a vehicleWe really like to support our employees to develop their career's, you'll gradually build experience and knowledge to be able to handle more complex queries and you can have the opportunity to be involved in site inspections, so you'll soon be on your way to developing a career in Property Management.
