The successful candidate will assist in the provision of efficient administrative services to the College, including, reception, telephony, word processing and reprographic services, working to strict time schedules.

You will have a positive ‘can-do’ attitude, along with a basic knowledge of Microsoft office packages. The successful candidate will.
Have some administration skills Have good communication and listening skills. Have the ability to record and recall conversations accurately. Be able to follow the College guidelines and policies Understand GDPR and maintain confidentiality. Have the ability to relate ad work effectively with people at all levels.
