Recently renovated (engine and structural) Classic T2 VW Camper!

Classic T2 bay window camper with pop top from 1976. A holiday on wheels and a real piece of motoring history - great fun! Regrettably selling due to needing funds for a new business.
New engine, recent structural works - welding, anti-rust/restoration under body. Needs some tlc on body and interior - is usable now, but primed for a renovation project to bring it up to a high spec.
Is tax and MOT exempt and comes with gas cooker, awning, all-weather cover and everything inside. It has about 108k miles on the clock, of which about 1k on the new engine.
The not-so-good stuff: it has some visible rust spots on the body in several places and two internal rust spots. The interior could do with a spruce up, but is ok, has nice roof liner and fairy lights. I’ve lived with it as-is for 5 years ish…just never got round to restoring to full former glory (where it would be worth twice as much!). It has some very minor electrical connection issues which should be easy to sort if you’re handy, or cheap for a garage to sort (as most things are in this simple machine!).
