Production/ Admin Assistant

TPC technologies Ltd are currently recruiting for a Production/ Admin Assistant to join a well established coatings company in Leeds on a part time permanent basis.
Duties
• To assist divisional managers with fulfilling orders with automated liquid filling/labelling machinery.
• Act as an on the ground go between for client support managers and production, ensuring that priority orders and special lines are fulfilled in a timely manner.
• Assisting production with stock and compatibility queries
• Amending work orders to resolve issues
• Escalating to management if supply chain issues arise.
• Be a general admin assistant to the management team, handling the organisation of special delivery requirements, shipping of products and packaging etc
• During quiet periods, you will be assisting the admin team.
Maintaining equipment to the highest standards.
Personal/Experience
• Must have reasonable technical knowledge and a good understanding of the current product range
• Requires excellent communication skills, needs to be a team player, and have a \"can do\" attitude
• Above all, be a problem solver
