Admin Assistant Apprenticeship
Tuesday-Friday, 9am-5pm
Our client have an opportunity working as a Business Administrator Apprentice to assist their office team. They are looking for a hard-working, enthusiastic and eager to learn individual, who ideally is looking to pursue a career in the construction industry. They are a market leading sub-contractor with expertise in liquid applied flat roof waterproofing - their clients are some of the biggest building contractors and property developers in London and our client has a reputation for consistently producing high-standards of waterproofing, quality management and aftercare.

Duties:
Performing general administration dutiesAssist other staff with overflow administration dutiesDeal with telephone calls coming into the office and by handling these efficiently project a good image for the company.Logging enquiry detailsAssist with managing emails and other correspondenceGiving advice, information and direction to callersEnsure completion of various paperwork by our site teamsManage special administrative projectsGeneral administrative duties, including Word processing & Excel sheets
