We are currently looking to recruit an experienced Pastry Chef De Partie to work within the hotels kitchen along side a renowned Exec Head Chef and his team on this stunning Estate. Using only the best ingredients, many sourced on the property or in the local vicinity, we are looking for a passionate Pastry Chef de Partie striving for the best.

The Perks

Salary basic of £27,000Service of approx £4,000 per annum on top2 days off consecutivelyTo work with a Michelin starred chefDiscounts and other hotel benefits
The Person
The ideal Pastry Chef De Partie will have the following:
Experience as a Pastry Chef de Partie in 4/5* hotels or fine dining.Pastry background essential and ideally rosettes or even Michelin starA desire to learn and progressHappy working shifts as required- straights shiftsBe driven and wanting to push for the best.
