As the HR Manager, you will be responsible for role where you will support our Head Offices in Brentford, Soho and South Kensington and our Palace Laundry in Fulham. You will build and maintain trusted relationships with key stakeholders providing sound and expert advice in order to deliver an excellent people service which is compliant and in line with the business' expectations.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Supporting the Senior Managers with employee relations, health and wellbeing and people policies, providing support and guidance on HR issues, concerns and queries and overseeing ER casesAssist Managers with recruitment needs ensuring the best on boarding experience for new startersOrganise and promote employee engagement initiatives throughout your business areasTo ensure effective and legal compliance with regards to all personnel data and records, providing timely and accurate information to payrollImplement HR initiatives, the Company EAP programme, Occupational Health and liaising with our people provider companiesTo compile monthly HR metrics including staff turnover, retention etc. and create and implement action plans and recommend changes for improvementPromote excellent communication among employees using social media and our Talent Toolbox dashboard Develop relationships with schools, colleges and recruitment opportunitiesTo provide coaching and mentoring in a confidential mannerTo keep up to date with best practice, personal development and legislation What you need: Excellent attention to detailAn HR generalist background at senior level (ideally multi–site experience), preferably within the hospitality sector, previous experience and a passion for engagement, communications, employee relations, learning and developmentA strong working knowledge of employment law and preferably CIPD qualified (although not essential)Ability to problem solve both operational and strategic issues through a pragmatic and commercially sound approach and based on feedback from the operationA coach/mentor style with a friendly and warm personality, committed to developing people within the businessPassionate and enthusiastic about the industry and our peopleAbility to build great rapport and relationships with teams and our people What we Offer: Perkbox – A team member platform offering a huge variety of discounts and our reward and recognition programWage Stream – An employee app to stream your wages before paydayFlexibilityCycle to work SchemeMeals providedSocial Events, Wellbeing and Team ActivitiesAward winning training opportunities and Career DevelopmentFirmdale Experience and Long Service vouchers (Afternoon tea, dinner for two, Film Club and an overnight stay)And much more!
