Robert Half are exclusively partnering with a boutique professional services consultancy, based in Holborn to hire a Part–time Human Resources (HR) and Office Manager.
This is a standalone role, looking after both the HR and the Office remits and reporting into the Head of Operations. The company is going through a period of growth and need a passionate people–centric professional to support them in this remit.
Human Resources (HR) and Office Manager Responsibilities:
Look after full employee life–cycleHave oversight of all office mattersAdvise managers on people–related policies and processesContinuously improve and update the HR set upProvide guidance on HR trends and bench–marking Human Resources (HR) and Office Manager Person Specification:
Previous generalist HR experience necessaryPrior Office management/oversight experience Experience within professional services preferredGreat general understanding of UK Employment LegislationPrior experience in a standalone or small team environmentStrong key stakeholder management skills This role will be Part–Time and hybrid, based in Holborn, London
