Beautiful Kala Uke bass for sale.
This amazing little uke sounds incredible and enormous when plugged in or DI'd.
I bought it in January 2020 along with a softcase and strap. Since then I have added the Kala feedback Freezer, thumbrest and the Galli flatwound strings.
The metal flatwound strings really make playing so much easier as well as sounding a little more like a double bass. They also don't go out of tune when you slide and don't roll off the fretboard like the standard strings!
I am selling with a set of standard strings and spare batteries.
All told, there are nearly £200.00 of extras included.
It is in excellent condition, with just a couple of small indentations on the body, which I have tried to show in the photos.
I have played some festival gigs with this amazing little thing and had some very interesting looks from people who just can't believe the quality and depth of sound es from it!
I am selling because I have since bought a bespoke red electric uke bass from South Africa, which is more in keeping with my current project - The Red Bandits!
