Internal Recruiter - West Midlands

This role would be ideal for an experienced in–house or agency recruitment consultant that is looking for an Internal Recruitment position for a well–established and global organisation in the heart of Birmingham.
We are looking for an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join a successful and busy Talent Acquisition team on a 12 months FTC basis. You will be responsible for working on a variety of predominately blue collar (warehouse and engineering) as well as some white collar positions.
You will be responsible for both temporary and permanent recruitment processes for allocated vacancies.
The successful candidate will support the HR Team ensuring both excellent internal customer service and candidate journey experience is provided.
Responsibilities;
Working with Talent Acquisition Specialist and hiring managers to fulfil recruitment requirements Sourcing suitable candidatesReviewing applicationsTelephone screening all applicants and shortlisting to hiring managers Creating a talent pool for future opportunitiesLeading on managing our key early careers, internship and apprenticeship attraction, selection, and programmes Help coordinate and attend careers fairsArranging and preparing for interviews for short–listed candidatesAdministering the ATS for allocated vacanciesTracking application progress via the ATSEngage with PSL agencies to conduct briefing calls for temporary and permanent vacancies About you?
Experience working as a recruitment consultant is essential Experience recruiting for blue collar roles desirable Strong resourcing skills, able to demonstrate ability to recruit hard to fill roles Familiar with temp and perm recruitment Ability to manage a heavy work volume and meet deadlines in an extremely fast paced environmentA good knowledge of relevant IT systems, ATS systems and Microsoft packages, particularly excel What's in it for you?
