Commercial Property Manager Birmingham Up to GBP40,000 + GBP3,500 Car Allowance Are you tired of feeling like just another number?I am working closely with a commercial property consultancy in Birmingham, who have a rare opportunity for a commercial management surveyor to join their longstanding and successful organisation. The group has been established for over 40 years and serves the West Midlands region with a key focus on the Birmingham city centre area and surrounding areas.If you are looking for a route away from a ruthless corporate environment into an organisation that has been built on old–fashioned family values, then this could be of interest to you!Your new roleIn this role you will be responsible for all property management activities including but not limited to; implementing rent reviews, general estate management , and engaging with legal entities on matters of property management.What you'll need to succeedYou will be driven, with a strong business acumen, and will have several years' demonstrable experience in commercial property management or estates management. You will ideally be chartered or working towards chartership.What you'll get in returnYou will receive a salary of up to GBP40,000 dependent on your experience, including a car allowance of GBP3,500. You will be able to work from home due to the hybrid work policy on a 2/3 split if required.
