ICON is recruiting for a Placement Year Project Financial Analyst, who will be working as part of our busy Operations Finance Team, based in our offices either in Reading or in Swansea, on a hybrid working basis. This is an excellent opportunity for a student who is looking to secure their 3rd year placement in a finance role and gain new skills in a range of Financial activities, become more commercially focused and be a key player in support of Project Managers. The Placement Year Project Financial Analyst will be responsible for: Month end Revenue Recognition/reporting. Analysis (overburn / efficiency reviews) & invoicing. Budgeting & forecasting. Oversight of project resourcing. Pricing & any other ad hoc duties as and when required. Representing Operations Finance in internal reviews as well as external client meetings. Responding to internal and external audit requests. Provision of internal financial reporting metrics and external client reporting. To be considered for the Placement Year Project Financial Analyst position you must be: Studying at University and actively pursuing a placement year. Have effective time management skills and the ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Have a good aptitude for Excel and can use it comfortably.
