They operate in the financial services, leisure, retail & consumer goods, technology & media, renewables, housing and public sectors. Their specialisms are real estate, banking and finance, commercial, corporate, employment, dispute resolution and litigation. The Job: On behalf of our client we are seeking a Junior Secretary to join our legal client in their employment team on a 12 month fixed term contract. This is a full time role and you will be supporting secretaries and fee earners with a range of administrative and junior secretarial duties with the opportunity to progress your career. Responsibilities: Running conflict checks, setting up new clients and matters Adding employment tribunal critical dates and documents to our case management system Monitoring and managing mailboxes Assisting financial management Making travel arrangements Proof reading, amending and house styling documents. Undertaking some digital dictation and copy typing. Assisting with diary management as required The Person: For this role our client is looking for someone who has the following skills and experience: Previous administrative experience. Experience in Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel are required. Experience in case management systems. Exceptional prioritising/organisational skills. Strong ability to self-manage a large workload in a busy team. Confident in communication with team members. The Hours: Monday Friday 9am 5pm The Location: Mix of home and office working (central Bristol, no car parking) 3 days in the office The Salary: Up to GBP24,000
