Our client is the largest and most progressive leisure operator in the UK. They are currently seeking a high calibre positive, supportive and inclusive individual to take on the role of Direct Communications and Insights Manager at their head office based in Hinckley in Leicestershire.
We are looking for someone that can make a real positive difference to our clients customer’s lives in helping them to e and remain fit and active and enjoy being active themselves. This person will be responsible for inspiring and motivating our clients members and munities e and use the facilities more often. With a state of the art CRM system this person will have the ability to truly understand what makes members tick and use this insight to take munications to the next level and beyond
We need a Direct Communications & Insights Manager who will…
Be able to support a diverse team fully embracing pany values
Write engaging content clearly and concisely
Create clear user journeys
Analyse, test and improve results
Have strong planning, analytical skills and project management skills
Be a municator
Work on your own initiative
You will need to have had experience in the development and implementation of CRM strategies with back-end system knowledge, customer acquisition, re-engagement and retention strategies and delivering CRM / data marketing / email marketing
