Contract Manager - Leisure Centres - Sheffield - South Yorkshire

Our client is one of the UK's largest and most progressive Leisure Centre Operators. They have sites throughout the UK and are currently looking to recruit a Contract Manager to overview their Leisure and Fitness Centres, based in Sheffield.
Role purpose:
As the Contract Manager you will deliver outstanding financial results, customer experience and strategic planning to realise the commercial potential of our clients Leisure Centres. You will manage a large Wetside site, which also has Tennis, Gymnastic and Trampolining facilities.
You will manage all site Heads of Department and General Managers to drive financial and performance KPIs working in partnership with the local authorities to deliver a high-quality offering.
Skills, knowledge and experience:
The successful applicant will have significant experience in leisure management. You should also be experience in people management and have a passion for providing excellent customer service.
Experience working with local authorities would be beneficial in this role as would the ability to develop effective working relationships with external and internal stakeholders.
Due to the need to travel between sites, a driving licence is preferable in this role.
