DANEMANN UPRIGHT PIANO IN ART DECO CASE - RESTORED, WITH 5-YEAR WARRANTY

This is a Danemann Upright Piano in a Walnut Art Deco Case dating from the 1930s. I have rebuilt the action - it has new hammers, return tapes and damper felts, and I have voiced the hammers to give a really nice tone. The hammers are German (Abel) natural felt. I am a qualified piano tuner and technician with over 40 years' experience. The piano comes with a 5-Year Written Warranty. It has a full iron frame, is overstrung and under-damped. The tuning pins are tight and the piano is tuned to concert pitch. It is stable on tuning. The stringing is in good condition, with no rust. There are no splits in the soundboard, or bridges, or pin-block. There is no woodworm, and there is no moth. All notes are working properly. Inspection by another piano tuner/techncian welcomed. My Facebook Page is Elwell Piano Tuning. Piano currently situated in the Portsmouth area. The case currently has some blemishes, but these could easily be remedied by a French Polisher. I am offering this piano for £425 as it is, or I could arrange for the case to be refinished for a further £325 - making it £750 with the case re-finished. I am a qualified piano tuner/technician of more than 40 year's experience.
