Business AnalystGerman SpeakingInside IR35Hybrid Working (Reading)My client who are a specialised technology company are looking to recruit a Business Analyst with Home Care Systems experience on an initial 6 month contract, to join their team based in Reading 1 - 2 days a week. Please note this role is paid via an umbrella company/PAYE. As a Business Analyst with Home Care Systems experience you will work with working within a customer-first, agile framework, the Business Analyst works with the Business Partner or Product Manager to answer the \"What\" and \"Why\" questions that inform and define new solution concepts. You will be responsible for eliciting, challenging and refining business requirements and supporting the Business Partner to build robust business cases for review and approval. They also support the Product Managers/Owners in capturing requirements for existing products to enable sprint scheduling and prioritisation.Duties and Responsibilities
Elicit, challenge and prioritise business requirements for stakeholder approvalCapture business requirements in the appropriate format for the relevant Customer Digital Solutions (CDS) teamSupport the Business Partner and/or Product Portfolio Director to deliver a robust cost/benefit analysis to enable data-driven \"bullseye\" decisionsDevelop the proposed solution's user acceptance criteriaFacilitate user adoption of the solution and ensure the smooth handover to the support teamEnsure there are agreed metrics to evaluate the impact of the solution in line with the agreed requirementsSupport the creation of solution benefit reports and facilitate stakeholder discussion to agree next stepsSurface opportunities to Business Partners and Product Portfolio Directors to re-use successful solutions/ways of working in other areas of the businessIdentify areas where requirements of the Centres of Excellence/Business Units with businesses and not in alignment overall business objectives and highlight to key stakeholders Required Experience
English and German speaking is highly desirableKnowledge of medical/ home care services/ German Heath Care system, e.g. payersUnderstanding of local marketUnderstanding of key applications - eCommerce, CRM, ERP, Web & Apps, Frontend and backend solutions Customer-first mindsetAbility to bridge communications between business and technical teamsHigh-level of accuracy and attention to detailAbility to self-organiseCapacity to balance priorities and workloadsAbility to facilitate workshops with senior stakeholders in order to challenge and refine requirementsAbility to capture requirements in the appropriate format - Business Cases, Functional Specifications, creating and elaborating user storiesExperience of producing system and process diagrams, both As-Is and To-BeKnowledge of standard user story format and acceptance criteriaExperience of Confluence, JIRA, prototype/wireframes and user journey flowsFlexible and agile mindset with the ability to work across different team functions and projectsExperience of working in a global environment This is a 6-month contract working as a Business Analyst with Home Care Systems experience based in Reading.
