About the Role
We are looking for a Boutique Manager to manage our pop up at Cheshire Oaks, who is passionate about delivering the 'Sophia Webster' brand experience in Cheshire to our customers, across all channels, in line with our value of \"The customer is at the heart of what we do\"
What you will be responsible for:
Sophia Webster Brand AmbassadorMotivating and driving the team to deliver boutique luxury Customer Service consistentlyMulti–Channel Approach: Liaising with Customers face–to–face as well as across WhatsApp and Sophia Webster Boutiques InstagramInstigating opening and closing and handover process effectively with all members of the Sophia Webster teamResolving complaints in an efficient and positive manner, going above and beyond to ensure customer satisfactionManaging standards and operation both back and front of house: ensuring all product is represented on the shop floor and stored in stockroom in alphabetical and style code orderManaging Stock Package: Regular feedback to Buying & Merch and HOCEnsuring effective process in place for stock receipting and processing deliveries and returning stock back to SW WarehouseBoutique Operations: Stock in and out, End of day Reporting, Payroll ManagementManaging weekly team rotaGaining insightful customer feedback through effective interactions across all channels and sharing across the brandCompleting Daily and weekly trade feedback for SWHQ teamSupporting content creation Instagram account and driving customer engagementResolve all human resources issues in a timely and effective manner, escalating to Head of Customer when necessary About you
You are a self–starter, fast paced adaptable and resilient, able to change gears between meeting customers in the boutique and delivering operational excellence, whilst always protecting the brand image.You are super organised and passionate about customers receiving the best possible service and always willing to go above and beyond.You understand that you set the standard and pace and the team are a reflection of youUltimately when you face a problem you seek to resolve itExperience of communicating with customers in a patient and friendly mannerAbility to drive and motivate team, goal setting.
