We are looking for an Assistant Store Manager within luxury retail to join the team at our Cheshire Oaks Pop Up store
Assistant Store Manager Job Responsibilities
Working alongside the Boutique Manager, you will be responsible for:
Sophia Webster Brand AmbassadorMotivating and driving the team to deliver boutique luxury Customer Service consistently, celebrating success and giving constructive feedback when requiredDriving and maximising sales performance to achieve store targets and individual sales targets including KPIsMulti–Channel Approach: Liaising with Customers face–to–face as well as across WhatsApp and Sophia Webster Boutiques InstagramInstigating opening and closing and handover process effectively with all members of the Sophia Webster teamResolving complaints in an efficient and positive manner, going above and beyond to ensure customer satisfactionEnsuring standards and operation both back and front of house: ensuring all product is represented on the shop floor and stored in stockroom in alphabetical and style code orderManaging Stock Package: Regular feedback to Buying & Merch and HOCEnsuring effective process in place for stock receipting and processing deliveries and returning stock back to SW WarehouseGaining insightful customer feedback through effective interactions across all channels and sharing across the brandCompleting Daily and weekly trade feedback for SWHQ teamSupporting content creation Instagram account and driving customer engagementDemonstrating flexibility by supporting the store in any other ad–hoc duties as might reasonably be required in the successful running of the boutiqueAssist in ensuring the integrity of payroll and the payroll processCollaborate with store manager in areas of risk management, physical security, store opening and closing procedures, and inventory management About You
