An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Administrator to work alongside our busy Operations Department. Primarily providing support for the site Operations Management Team, managing the administration of the IMS System and day to day Operations Support for our Widnes Site. What do you get to do? Key responsibilities Administration of the Integrated Management System (IMS) of ISO 9001/ ISO 14001/ ISO 45001, which includes: Maintenance of the health, safety and environmental software system Maintenance of risk assessment paperwork Management of the internal audit programme and documentation Preparation of meeting presentations and subsequent minute taking for the various associated meetings, including SHE, Quality, Management Review. Running the annual Occupational Health calendar, including liaison with 3rd parties Assisting in the provision of information required by external surveillance audits Assisting team members with any queries Maintenance of Personnel Records and some local HR administration as required Administration of accurate Training Records Control and data entry of waste records Stock control, provision and record keeping of PPE, uniform, stationary. Providing general administrative support for the site including: Fielding telephone messages and enquiries to the Operations area Assisting assembling and processing of distribution paperwork Processing of production paperwork from line Support and coordinate site visits HSEQ System - Superuser Project Support Maintenance of management system e.g. document library Supporting any recruitment and testing processes Supporting site Management with miscellaneous administration Co-ordinate arrangements for meetings, events and hotel bookings Supporting New Starter induction process, via active directory Processing CCL and CAR returns What are we looking for? Proven experience in a similar environment/position Excellent organisation and administration skills Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook, SAP knowledge. Ability to work as part of a busy team as well as independently Flexible team player who is able to use initiative and assist wherever needed To demonstrate a high level of accuracy and an eye for detail Be able to demonstrate the ability to exercise discretion with confidential matters and records A good understanding of lean principles Confidence to make decisions and work on own initiative Effective verbal and written communication skills At least 5 good GCSE (or equivalent) passes including Mathematics & English Experience of integrated management systems such as ISO, and of managing personnel records in confidence, would particularly be of advantage Whats in it for you?
